All employees are eligible for perfect attendance awards on a monthly basis, starting in June, 2021. Perfect attendance means that all scheduled shifts were worked, along with any overtime shifts that were assigned or volunteered for. There is no 'grace' period with this program. Employees must punch in on time for their scheduled shifts. If an employee punches in, even one minute late, they will lose eligibility for perfect attendance for that month.
The use of non scheduled birthdays or non scheduled vacation will cause the employee to lose eligibility for perfect attendance for the month.
There are no exceptions to these rules, such as flat tires, closed roads, inclement weather, etc.
Currently, this program is scheduled to run for four months, June 2021 through September 2021.
The employee must be currently employed by MCF when the Attendance award is paid to be eligible.
