 We’re in the same office building as Mark Francom.  Enter in the same door as you would for the doctor and then continue down until the end of the hall to find Physical Therapy.
  • Open for employees, dependants and spouses
  • Patients must be a current employee or legal dependant (claimed on taxes) or legally married spouse of current employee
  • Everyone is expected to be on time for all appointments
  • Benefit is free of charge
