If you don't have access to email, you can call and leave a message between 8 am - 8 pm for a reservation.  Email reservations will have priority.

    • No charge to employees to use facility.
    • Employee is responsible for set up, tear down and cleaning.
    • Facility must be cleaned up as it was found.
    • No events for personal business gain
    • Employee must be always present during event (this includes setup, tear down and clean up)
    • Employee is responsible for guests and their actions at all times.
    • Employee is responsible for any damage.
    • No pets allowed.
    • No smoking inside or outside of facility only on assigned areas.
    •  No alcohol on property (this includes inside, outside of event center, parking lot and any MCF property.)
    • Respect the facility by keeping it nice.
    • There will be a final inspection of the facility with the employee and Coco (Event Center Coordinator.)
    • All state laws must be followed.
    • If you are having a big event with more than 150 guests, you will be required to hire security personnel at your own expense for the hours of your event.
    • No tape on the walls. No glitter decorations.
    • Event center is only to be used for employee’s events. Employee cannot reserve the Event Center for any other family member or friends.

    The MCF Event Center is open for use by the employee under the following circumstances:

    1.    The person being celebrated is the employee, spouse, child, stepchild, parent or stepparent of the employee.

    2.    The employee is the host of the family event.  A host is someone who is in charge of the event and responsible for all guests.  For example: you would be the one to host your guests at your own home if the MCF Event Center was not available.

     

    Examples of events permitted at MCF Event Center:

    Child’s Wedding, Parent’s 30th Wedding Anniversary Party, Stepchild’s Graduation Party, Employee’s Wedding, Employee’s Family Christmas Party (that employee is hosting), Employee’s Spouse’s Birthday Party

     

    Examples of events NOT permitted at MCF Event Center:

    Associations, Church Events, Organizations, Non-Family Parties, Uncle’s Birthday Party, Grandchild’s Party, Sister’s Baby Shower, Niece’s, Brother's, Birthday Party

     

    If MCF Event Center rules are not followed, Event Center privileges will be permanently taken away and termination from MCF will be possible.
