Food Safety Thought - Temporary Storage


Short term storage of items in  places where they should not be, can become a food safety risk.
Examples:
Clothing – smocks, gloves, rags
Production Tools – knifes, axes, scrapers
Mechanical Tools – wrenches, nuts, bolts
Product Containers – Tubs, barrels
Chemicals – cleaning, lubricants
Do your part in keeping these items in their designated places.
