- Patients must be a current employee or legal dependant or legally married spouse of current employee
- Everyone is expected to be on time for all appointments
- Benefit is free of charge
- Additional services (prescriptions, referrals to specialists, etc.) - your expense
- Patients will currently be seen at the clinic in the Personnel Office
- Main St. Office (1533 N Main) is being remodeled for the future home of the MCF Medical Clinic
- Benefit will be reevaluated after 1 year
