2010 W2 Tax Statements

The 2010 W2's are now available in the Personnel Office.  After Jan. 31st, if you have not picked them up, they will be mailed.

New MCF Medical Clinic Hours

Monday       9am-5pm
Tuesday       9am-5pm
Wednesday 11am-7pm
Thursday      9am-5pm
Friday          9am-5pm

New Expanded Medical Clinic

• Open for dependants and spouses on 1/31/2011
• Patients must be a current employee or legal dependant or legally married spouse of current employee
• Everyone is expected to be on time for all appointments
• Benefit is free of charge
• Additional services (prescriptions, referrals to specialists, etc.) - your expense
• Patients will currently be seen at the clinic in the Personnel Office
• Main St. Office (1533 N Main) is being remodeled for the future home of the MCF Medical Clinic
• Benefit will be reevaluated after 1 year
