Flu Shots Postponed

The shipment of flu shots did not arrive, so Dr. Kelly will be giving flu shots in the break room after 10/15/14.  There are a few shots at the MCF Clinic.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends:
-a yearly flu shot
-for EVERYONE ages 6 months and older
-before October each year

We will be attending the Spanish Fork Rodeo again this year on July 22, 2014.  Each employee can request up to 6 tickets (but please note that requested tickets that are not used will be charged to the employee, so make sure you request the correct amount).  Supervisors have sign up sheets available now.
