Each employee will receive 2 W-2’s from MCF for 2013 (If employed before 4/30/2013). We strongly suggest you do not complete your income tax return until you get all W-2’s for 2013.  If you have questions see Steve in Personnel.

Medical/Dental Insurance

Please see Steve in Personnel if you wish to enroll or make changes to your Medical or Dental coverage.  The deadline is 12/15/13.

Festival of Lights Tickets

The Festival of Lights tickets are ready for pick up in the Personnel Office.  There is one ticket for each MCF employee.

 

Your ticket is good for (1) vehicle entry into the Festival of Lights Nov. 28 - Jan. 1 running nightly from 6 pm - 10 pm at Canyon View Park 3300 E.
