Friday, July 28th - A/B Shifts

Time: 3:30 pm

Where: MCF Event Center

MCF Employees only, please no food or drink, door closes @ 3:30 pm.

Tuesday, June 6^th

2:30pm- 3:00pm and

4:00pm -4:30pm

Friday June 9^th

2:30pm-3:00pm and

4:00pm -4:30pm.

Event Center Celebration

Please join us to celebrate our new Event Center!

June 21st: A/B Shifts

Employees should work with their Supervisors to coordinate the time they will attend during their shifts.  We want to invite and encourage all employees participate, even if they have the day off.  

Mandatory Training

Sanitation, Chemicals and Food Defense training will be held

C/D Shift: English 2:00 pm

C/D Shift: Spanish 3:30 pm

Thursday, June 22  *NEW date* July 6

A/B Shift: English 2:00 pm

A/B Shift Spanish 3:30 pm

These trainings will be held in the MCF Event Center.

Exercise Classes

Exercise Classes are being held at the clinic on Tuesdays from 3:00 – 3:30pm and again from 4:30 – 5:00pm.

Meet in the pool room or in the clinic waiting room.

Classes are low-impact and are taught by a Certified Wellness and Exercise Instructor.

We will add two more exercise classes at 3:00 and 4:30 on Fridays starting mid-May. More details to come.

MCF Clinic

We hope having the clinic open temporarily on Saturdays helped you and your family during flu season.  Due to warmer weather and the reduced number of flu cases, the clinic will no longer be open on Saturdays.

The Clinic hours are:
Monday - Thursday
9 am - 6 pm
