Dr. Kelly Wosnik will be in the break room this Thursday (tomorrow) giving Flu Shots.

Time: 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Who: All Employees who want a Flu Shot
Cost: Free to all employees

MCF Clinic - Annual Physicals

Dr. Kelly would like to see each employee and their dependents on their birth month for an annual physical.

Flu Shots

Flu shots are available at the MCF Clinic for all MCF employees, free of charge.  No appointment needed. You need a new flu shot each year.
