Pizza for Safety!

Because of less accidents and an ACCIDENT FREE MONTH, MCF will provide free pizza during lunch breaks:

•          Wednesday, 5/2, for weekdays & swing shifts

      •          Friday, 5/4,  for weekend days & swing shifts

MCF Clinic - new medical assistant

•          Sylvia Tai is the new medical assistant working with Dr. Kelly.

•          She works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

•          Ella Habla Español

•          Sylvia recently moved here from Tucson AZ and is replacing Maddy who was married and moved to CA.

Flu Shots

n  Flu shots are available at the clinic for all MCF employees, free of charge.  No appointment needed.
n  Flu Shots will last one full year.

Annual Physical

Dr. Kelly would like to see each MCF employee for an annual physical during their birth month (or sooner).  Please make an appointment @ (801) 894-1170 or ext. 170.
