Christmas Gifts for Doug

This year, as in the past, if you are planning on giving Doug a gift for Christmas, he would prefer

that you spend that money on your family.  The best gift he can receive is knowing that your families all have a good Christmas.

MCF Clinic Appointments

If you or your family have made an appointment at the MCF Clinic with Dr. Kelly, Kris, Jennifer, or Dr. Gardner, Mountain Country expects you to be on time, just as you are expected to be on time for work.  Employees and their families who do not respect this privilege may lose it.

Medical & Dental Plans 2013

We are pleased to announce there will be NO CHANGES to our Medical or Dental Plans for 2013!
Coverage and premiums will stay the same.  If you wish to enroll or make changes in your Medical or Dental coverage, the deadline is 12/20/12.  See Steve in Personnel.

It's almost DISNEYLAND TIME!  Just a reminder...we want your Disneyland photos.  This is fun tradition that we do at MCF for all of our trips.  Please take lots of digital pictures.

When we get back, you can upload your photos to our Photo Archive.  Click HERE for step by step instructions.  Please only upload your favorites.  You can also email your photos to leslie.bodily@mcfoods.com or bring your photos/CDs/etc. into the Personnel Office and we can upload from here.  Please make sure you have your photos backed up before dropping them off.

Disneyland Apps

Don't forget to get your free Disneyland Apps on your smart phone.

These are 2 Free Disneyland Apps that I would recommend:

It is great to be able to see the wait times of all of the rides in both parks, park hours, where the nearest restrooms, food, rides are, parade times, events happening in Disneyland that day, rides that are closed, etc.  These apps are a great tool to have.

The weather forecast for Disneyland is looking great!  May need a jacket in the mornings and evenings, but other than that, DISNEYLAND here we come!

Disneyland packets are now ready to be picked up the Personnel Office.  Remember, if you want extra Disneyland Autograph Books, they're ready and available in the Personnel Office for $3.

Employee Lockers

•          Before going to Disneyland All Employees must remove all contents and locks from lockers for insect spraying. 
•          Lockers must be empty and open!
•          You may resume locker use on return from Disneyland.

Disneyland Count Down Calendars

We have some Disneyland Count Down Calendars in the Personnel Office (while supplies last).  We took them around to most departments yesterday.  If you'd like one, please see Pilar.

Disneyland Autograph Books

Each employee will receive 2 autograph books.  If we have any extra books, they will be for sale in the Personnel Office for $3.  Please talk to Pilar (ex 115) to get your name on the waiting list.

Annual Physicals - Dr. Kelly Wosnik

Dr. Kelly Wosnik would like to see each MCF employee for an annual physical during their birth month (or sooner).  Please make an appointment @ (801) 894-1170 or ext. 170.
Dr. Kelly would like to see each of your eligible family members yearly on their birth months for well checks/physicals too.

If you want your cholesterol checked you need to come fasting (except water) for 12 hours.

2nd Annual Labor Day MCF Softball Tournament

Because of less accidents and an ACCIDENT FREE MONTH, MCF will provide free pizza during lunch breaks:

MCF Spa

As of today, you are now allowed to bring ONE guest to the spa. You must be present in the spa at all times with your guest.
Only ONE guest per employee per visit.
Guest must follow all spa rules
You are not to give your key to the guest

Paychecks

Due to banks beings closed on Monday, the 20th, for President's Day, paychecks will not be deposited to your account until Tuesday the 21st.

W2 Tax Statements

2011 W2 tax statements are available in the Personnel Office.  Get them now or they will be mailed Tuesday 1/31/12.
