Labor Day Coed Softball Tournament

• Sept. 5, 2011
• Spanish Fork Ball Fields (South Main St)
• 10 player teams.
• Must play 5 men and 5 women.
• Employees and families (14 years +)
• Double elimination tournament format.
• Winner gets picture and plaque in breakroom
• Supervisors have sign up sheets.
• Get your team together.

You must be seated by 3:30PM.
Doors will be locked and no entry after 3:30PM. Plan ahead!
Those not in attendance Friday at 3:30PM can pick up their checks Monday after 8:00AM at the Personnel Office.

 Spanish Fork Main Street Northbound I-15 ramp will be closed from about 7/26/11 for two weeks (the ramp coming from Payson/Nephi area).
